These don't have to be just for valentine's day.  I call them I "heart" you cake pops!  I think they would be cute for wedding favors too.

One Direction Cake

Happy 14th Birthday, Katie !!!!  This was a fun cake.  I just printed a copy of their logo out and cut out with scissors.  Then used the template on fondant and traced with my exacto knife.  Viola.

Despicable Me Cake Pops

I can't even begin to tell you how proud I am of these cake pops.  With the help of my friend Stacie who is off the scales talented, we were able to come up with two dozen Despicable Me cake pops for a customer who's little boy was having a Despicable Me birthday party.  After 9 hours of work, this is what we created!

Valentine's Day Cupcakes

I wanted to share how easy these chocolate hearts were to make.  

You will need the following:

melting chocolate, ziploc bag, scissors and wax paper

Melt your chocolate in the microwave until melted (I do it in 20 second intervals).  Add by spoonful to ziploc bag and snip a tiny corner.  Write whatever you would like on the wax paper and let dry for 10 minutes.  Carefully, pop them off and they are ready to be used for decorating!  Simple, but really make a nice addition to any cupcake or cake.

You may be wondering why the Cleveland Browns are making an appearance in this cake pop Super Bowl extravaganza?  Well, it's because we are big Browns fans and they were there in spirit :)  Couldn't leave them out!
