Chocolate, chocolate and chocolate all over

This cake is definitely for a chocolate lover!  4 layers of chocolate cake each with a layer of chocolate butter cream frosting and chocolate chips.  The outside is completely covered in chocolate chips and pretty little purple and pink flowers.
